Stackr is a way to see who in Jacksonville is free for pickleball and to say when you are. These terms are a plain-language draft of the deal between you and the people who run Stackr. They are not a law firm’s advice.
You sign up with an email and a password, a first name, a skill number, and at least one home court. You are responsible for the password and for what you post: status, bio, photo, and tournament notes. Use a first name only. Don’t post someone else’s contact details, a phone number, or a precise personal address.
Open and Maybe are invitations to look, not a promise that a game will happen. Let’s play is a request between two people. Accepting means you both intend to meet at a public court. Stackr does not organize the game, take payment, or guarantee that anyone will show up.
Don’t harass people, don’t scrape the court, and don’t try to break into accounts. We can refuse a signup, remove a photo, or close an account that is used to abuse other players or the service. Blocking someone hides you from each other. Reporting stores a flag so a person running the service can look.
You keep your photo and the words you write. You give Stackr permission to store them and show them to other signed-in players as the product describes: first name, photo, skill, status, bio, and the public courts you pick. Court names and street addresses in the court list are public venues, not your home.
Courts, features, and these terms can change. If a change is material we’ll update the date on this page. The app is provided as it is. Games happen outdoors between people we don’t control, so we aren’t liable for injuries, no-shows, or what happens at a court.
You can delete your account from You. That removes your profile, photo, status, follows, requests, and alerts tied to you. If you only want to stop being visible, set your status to Not today.
